How can I participate in the auction?

It is possible to participate in an auction only after proper registration on the VeaCom portal.

Legal entities or natural persons doing business on the basis of a trade license that are registered with the relevant tax office for VAT may be registered. Individual registrations are subject to verification and approval by the VeaCom administrator.

After completing the registration form on the VeaCom server, you will receive your login details by e-mail, which will give you access to a range of vehicles where you can participate in a binding electronic auction.

 

How can I sell my vehicles and equipment?

Only selected sellers can sell vehicles with us and registration is done through our employees. If you are interested in selling your vehicles, do not hesitate to contact a representative of our company who will be happy to arrange everything.

 

Why buy on the VeaCom auction portal?

At each auction, you will have a choice of many vehicles and equipment describe in detail. The vast majority of vehicles offered come from the company fleets of proven companies. Most equipment and vehicles had only one owner, have a clear history, and were serviced in authorised repair shops. Mileage or operating hours always correspond to reality.

How do I find out about an auction?

The term of the next auction is always published on our VeaCom website in the Auction section. If you have given us permission to receive commercial communications, we will send you an email with the upcoming list of vehicles every week before the auction starts.

 

How is the starting price of vehicles determined?

Usually, this is a wholesale purchase price based on an expert’s estimate.

 

How often do auctions take place?

The number of auctions depends on the offer of vehicles and equipment from our business partners. We usually run several auctions a month.

 

When and where can I see the vehicles or equipment?

You can always have a look at the offered vehicles and equipment after agreement with the owner, by telephone. The address and contact for a competent person are given in the details of each vehicle.

 

What happens after the auction ends?

After the auction, if your bid was the highest, you will receive from us a winning notification by e-mail. Besides such e-mail, we will send you a sales contract and an invoice. After signing the purchase contract and paying the price, we will electronically send you a PIN and contact information for the handover of the vehicle.

 

What is an auction principal?

The registration is free and entitles you to watch all auctions unlimitedly. Since bids in the auction are binding, it is necessary to deposit the auction principal for active participation in the auction. After you have deposited the principal, you will be able to auction all the items in the auction. Details and data regarding the deposit of the principal will be sent to you together with the registration email.
